Paid lessons are recorded only with specific consent. The default purpose is private pedagogical playback. Public, social or marketing use is off by default and requires separate authorization. Standard pedagogical-recording retention is 12 months from the lesson date, subject to earlier deletion requests, lawful retention duties or legal hold.
Translation is optional and separately consented, including external AI processing where applicable. No separate permanent raw-audio copy is intentionally retained only for translation after the live session. Live captions are not a permanent pedagogical record by default; technical telemetry should avoid raw content and may be kept for up to 30 days.
A minor in the international flow cannot activate paid operations by self-attestation. A responsible adult completes a separate consent flow. Recording and translation remain independent choices, and public use of image or voice is never inferred.
The student or responsible adult may request access, correction, portability where applicable, objection, consent withdrawal or deletion subject to lawful retention duties through the official privacy-request flow.
