Rescheduling with at least 24 hours notice
With at least 24 hours notice, the student may request one reschedule of the affected lesson at no additional charge, subject to teacher availability. The lesson value or credit is preserved. Further changes to the same occurrence require a documented human exception.

Late cancellation, late arrival and no-show
With less than 24 hours notice there is no automatic replacement or refund, and the lesson may be treated as used. Medical emergencies, force majeure and exceptional circumstances may be manually reviewed. A late arrival does not automatically extend the scheduled end time. If the student has not joined or contacted the teacher within 15 minutes after the scheduled start, the lesson may be recorded as a no-show and treated as used.

Teacher cancellation or Davi-attributable failure
If Davi cancels or an operational failure attributable to Davi prevents the lesson, the student receives a replacement lesson or credit at no extra charge. If a reasonable replacement cannot be provided, the affected unused lesson may be refunded.

Refunds
Unused future lessons may be requested for refund when the ongoing arrangement is ended. Completed lessons, no-shows and late cancellations are not automatically refundable. Mandatory applicable consumer law prevails. During the Wise manual phase, an international refund is performed manually and reconciled with the real provider reference, preferably in the original currency where operationally possible.

Recording, audio, video and translation
Lesson recording and real-time translation are optional, independent features with separate consent. Refusing either feature does not cancel the lesson. Private pedagogical use is the default; public, social or marketing use is off by default and requires separate permission.

Minors and international operation
A minor cannot activate the international paid flow by self-attestation. A responsible adult must complete the separate guardian flow. Recording and translation remain separate choices, and public use of image or voice is never inferred.

Professional country review
Legal, tax and international data-transfer questions are a separate professional gate. The platform does not use AI reasoning to approve a country and must not release international payment instructions until legal, tax and privacy reviews have human evidence recorded.
